Neither is it a view of the anglicized minority which has lost touch with its roots... nor does it speak for the Marathi masses who may lack the “worldview”. Just a somewhere-in-between viewpoint… but a firm viewpoint indeed!

A 'Suit'able Boy

Indeed, the Marathis Manoos God King looks pretty slick stuck together with assorted Islamist heroes. Raj-saheb is a smart man, he knows he cannot poll more than 30% Marathi Manoos vote in Mumbai. Since followers of Islam do not trust in geographical boundaries and only in the Kingdom of Allah, they cannot be termed North Indian bhaiyyas even if they come from UP or Bihar or Jharkhand....
